Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the resort had its highs and lows. The location was perfect, overlooking the marina and close to everything, but some issues with pool maintenance and cigarette smoke from nearby residents dampened the experience. The room was spacious, but certain amenities were lacking. Overall, while the dining experience and friendly staff were highlights, some aspects made it less ideal for a relaxing holiday.
I had a fantastic time at this resort, tucked right by the ferry terminal, which made getting around super easy. The room was spacious and featured a lovely marina view; however, the lighting in the bathroom could definitely use some improvement. I really enjoyed the amenities, though I had a few minor issues with the coffee machine. Overall, it was a lovely stay and great value for money, and I'd happily return.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the ferry terminal, and the rooms are spacious and clean, but the service and dining were quite disappointing. The restaurant's quality has declined, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. Overall, it's a decent place to stay but you might want to eat out elsewhere.
This resort is located right at the entrance to beautiful Magnetic Island, which is a huge plus. The rooms are a nice setup, but the view can be a letdown if you end up overlooking the car park. The dining experience was disappointing, with both the quality of food and service needing significant improvement, especially given the price point. Overall, while it has great potential, I recommend considering other dining options.
Our stay had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right next to the ferry terminal and with a beautiful view of the marina. The breakfast was amazing with fresh eggs made on order. Unfortunately, the customer service left much to be desired, and the Wi-Fi was almost non-existent, which was quite disappointing. Overall, we enjoyed certain aspects but felt that improvements are needed.
